FJ Street Series En-Shield Disc Brake Upgrade Kit

EnShield technology has been introduced to the Street Series range to provide corrosions resistant rotors, keeping the rotors looking good throughout service life.

The EnShield process begins with a zinc/aluminium water based coating being applied to the entire rotor surface and is then
baked on.

EnShield rotors are denoted by the suffix (E) in Street Series part numbers.

Features

1. Surface Design Slots and/or chamfered drill holes facilitate the exit of friction dust and gasses, for a quieter and more responsive pedal feel.
   
2. Anti Rust Painted non-friction areas to prevent rust and enhance appearance, or full En-shield coating to protect the rotor and alleviate the need for pre-installation cleaning.
   
3. BI-Directional Use Symmetrical slotting and/or drilling for universal left/right use.
   
4. Thermal Efficiency Centre-split core castings for increased heat transfer and thermal efficiency.
   
5. CBN CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) machine turned finish, minimising disc thickness variation and the potential for pad “knock” and resulting premature wear.
   
6. Kangaroo Paw Unique Kangaroo Paw vane design for up to 20% better heat dissipation, increasing braking effectiveness and prolonging brake life.
