Privacy Policy

We only collect the information we need to provide our services:

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and, if you choose, your car's make, model and year. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
• Order details: the items you buy, your delivery address (emirate, city, street and building) and your contact details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Service requests: information you send us for inspections, second opinions, consultations or off-road builds, such as your car's details, its VIN and any quotes or documents you upload.
• Listings: if you list a car or a part on our marketplace, the listing details, photos and the contact number you choose to show buyers.
• Usage data: technical information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser, device, pages visited and approximate location (city or country). See the cookies section below.

• To process and deliver your orders and send your order confirmations.
• To provide the services you request, such as inspections, second opinions and consultations, and to contact you about them.
• To run your account, save your cart and remember your delivery details.
• To publish your marketplace listings and let buyers contact you.
• To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations in the UAE.

We use cookies, and similar technologies such as your browser's local storage, to:

• Make the site work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and saving drafts of your listings.
• Measure and improve the site: Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity show us how visitors use our pages, for example which pages are popular and where people get stuck.
• Measure our advertising: the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google's advertising tags help us see whether our ads lead to visits and enquiries.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, some features may not work, such as staying signed in or keeping your cart.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or purposes.

To run the website, we use trusted service providers that process data only on our behalf: payments (Stripe), website hosting, photo storage, email delivery and the analytics tools listed above. Your data may be stored on their servers outside the UAE. When you order a part from one of our suppliers, we only use your order details to get that part to you.

We may also share information if the law requires it, for example with UAE authorities.

Your data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access is limited to the people who need it. We keep your data only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as UAE law requires (for example, invoices and payment records).

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Email info@car-space.me and we'll reply within 30 days. We may keep some records where the law requires it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows when it last changed. Our Terms & Conditions explain how orders, delivery and returns work.
